Easter is just a week away, and hopefully Spring will be joining it’s arrival…..the warmer weather and sunshine, that is. I know many of you are probably getting started with basket preparations. Instead of simply sprinkling some candy eggs into the faux grass and calling it a day, why don’t you add a cute touch with these bag toppers? They are FREE to download and super simple to put together. I promise! These days, I don’t have a lot of time to spare, so my prepping needs to be quick and easy.
It really doesn’t take a lot to create these cute treat baggies and they are the perfect size to add to any type of Easter basket. Plus, it keeps the candy contained instead of sinking down to the bottom of the basket where you can’t see them! If you plan to put them in plastic eggs, you can put those eggs inside this treat bag!
All you need is a few supplies and you are SET. You can certainly choose any type of candy egg or bunny you choose, from Peeps to Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Eggs (my personal fav) to Starburst Jelly Beans. Anything works. These are just what I used because I loved the colors…..and the candy 🙂

Reese’s Pieces Eggs
M&M Peanut Butter Eggs
Any type of foil wrapped chocolate egg

As you can see, there are two different designs you can download and print. They both come in two sizes, one for the pretzel sized bag and one for the wider treat bag!
They are all double sided, with a “To and From” section on the back! All you do is fold across the middle line and place on top of the bag. Staple it closed and……VOILA!
Pop that baby right into your easter basket.
